Questions before you paddle out
Is there a surf + ATV combo?
Yes! Book a surf lesson and the ATV drops from $80 to $70 per 24 hours. Example: 1 person for 1 day pays $70 for the lesson plus $70 for the ATV — $140 instead of $150.
Can I check the waves before my lesson?
Yes. Our live surf cam streams La Lora, the main break in Santa Teresa, 24/7 right here on the site, with swell, wind, tide and water temperature updated live.
Do I need surf experience?
No. Our lessons are for every level. If it's your first time we teach you everything from zero; if you already surf, we adapt the session to your level.
Do you teach kids and families?
Yes! We give lessons for all ages and levels — kids, teens, parents and grandparents. Family sessions are some of our favorites.
What should I bring?
Just a swimsuit, sunscreen, a towel and water. We provide the surfboard, rash guard and leash.
What is the best time for a surf lesson?
Early morning (6–9 AM) and late afternoon (3–6 PM) usually have the softest winds, but we teach all day and adjust to the ocean conditions.
Does the price change with group size or number of days?
No. It's a flat $70 per person per day, no matter how many people or how many days. Board, gear and instructor included.
How do I rent the ATV?
The Honda TRX420 is $80 USD per 24 hours, or $70 in the surf + ATV combo. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll confirm availability and pick-up details. You'll need a valid driver's license.
